





The “Hautbois” project is one of the major innovative projects for the construction of timber high-rise building (R+16), located in Paris on the banks of the Seine on the ZAC - concerted development zone - of Bruneseau. Adivbois - PUCA - urbanism construction architecture plan - national competition with Quartus.
112 housings corresponding to a surface area of 8,888 sqm, shops, services and parking.
The project proposed major innovations for France:
1_ Innovations in use and sharing (concierge service, rooftop gardens)
2_ Conceptual and technological innovations for new urban uses
Systemic innovation in urban agriculture with building-integrated vegetation (in particular greenhouses, agricultural farms and self-consumption),
Creation of facades with intermediate spaces as extensions of apartments.
3_Technical innovations in timber using the core-skinn-shell architectural concept.
Glass facade to protect the timber, using the “Urban Wood” concept.
All-timber construction system with load-bearing partition walls and no concrete core.
Reduced construction times and guaranteed high-quality construction.
